Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College (CMOSHMC) is one of the top ranking private medical college in Bangladesh. 

Today, it is a full-edged tertiary care hospital with 850 beds. Managed by a public charity, it is a non-profit, non-political, and non-government organization. Every three years, in accordance with the hospital’s constitution, an election is held to choose the almost 9788 life members who will serve on the Executive Committee and Trustee Board. The 24 philanthropic members of this elected body oversee and manage all operations on a voluntary basis.

It is approved by the Government of Bangladesh and is recognized by Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC). 

The college is affiliated with Chittagong Medical University and University of Chittagong.
