INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL STUDENTS EDUCATION SYSTEM
The subject matter of the undergraduate level is to form and improve medical and pharmaceutical specialists with moral principles, knowledge and practical skills indispensable for qualified, competent and responsible execution of their profession, organization of the academic process, scientific research, clinical activity (diagnosis, treatment, prevention of diseases). Studies are provided in conformity with national and international standards, which are recommended by the WHO. The process of training and improving the medical skills is accomplished within the clinical units with the amount of 10000 beds placed in republican, municipal hospitals, research centers, dispensers, polyclinics, pharmacies.
Eligibility:
50% marks in Physics/ Chemistry / Biology in 12th standard.
All reserved category students having an aggregate of 40% marks.
The student shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Medical Education in Replubic of Moldova
State Medical and Pharmaceutical University, "Nicolae Testemitanu" of the Republic of Moldova is a state funded university, where international students may study on self-finance basis subject to payment of annual tuition fee in advance and submission of attested documents by concerned authorities.
The State Medical and Pharmaceutical University “Nicolae Testemitanu” of Republic of Moldova is in the list of World Directory of Medical Schools, published by the World Health Organization and has been accredited by National Council of academic Evaluation and Accreditation of the Educational Institutions from the Republic of Moldova. There are 3 faculties for undergraduate training (Medicine – 6 years, Dentistry – 5 years, Pharmacy – 5 years), preparatory course (Language plus Biology, Physics, Chemistry - 1 year) and postgraduate courses (duration depends on chosen specialty). Languages of instruction are Romanian, English, and Russian.
