Perm State Medical University is a recognized university of scientific research and medical education. The university is affiliated with the Ministry of Education of Russian Federation. It is one amongst leading universities in Russia. The university was named after EA Wagner, the academician. There are around 20,000 students studying at the university.There are around 569 qualified
professors, medical sciences candidates. Also, the honoured workers, scientists, doctors, state scientific scholars. The University has received many patents for utility models and some inventions among medical universities of Perm region. International students ranging from around 21 different countries are pursuing their degrees from Perm State Medical University. The university offers postgraduate and undergraduate programs. The institute has an electronic room for reading, centre of abilities and practical skills, modern computer classes.
